IMPORTANT:  Parking A (signposted P4 at the ski resort) is for cars only. Camper vans must park at Parking B (signposted P1-P2 at the ski resort).

Distances:

            Parking-arena: 2 to 10 minutes (50 to 500 m)

            Arena-Prestart: 2 minutes

            Prestart to Start:  25 minutes

            Finish-Arena: 1 minute

COURSES WITH ACCESS TO START VIA CABIN LIFT:

Runners in the M/W18, M/W20, M/W21, M/W35, M/W40, M/W45, M50, M55 and OPEN 1  categories must take the cabin lift to get to their start.

IMPORTANT: All the above categories have a prestart 25 minutes before their start time (H-25')

About the terrain: Alpine terrain covering the ski area of La Molina.

Warning: controls are sometimes sited fairly close to one another, always check your control code. Gaiters recommended. Steep slopes.

About the map:  The black cross symbol X represents man-made features of various kinds, often snow cannons or concrete objects.

The stage 5 area is shared with downhill mountain bikers. Please take care when crossing their trails (look uphill before crossing!)
